Little Rocket's Sports Club Enrolment Policy:

By submitting this enrolment form I acknowledge and accept the enrolment policy.

Enrolments are a minimum one term commitment and automatically rollover each term. To withdraw from the programme after one term please email us providing at least one weeks notice. If you will be away for an extended period of time please notify us and we will provide a credit or pro-rata fee reduction if advanced notice is given. For all other absences we unfortunately cannot offer makeups or credits due to the group nature of the programme. All lessons operate according to the public school calendar and invoices will be sent each school term.

Permission to take photos and videos of our classes

We often take videos or photos of our classes to share with parents so they can share in the fun of what their children are learning each week. If you are happy with this please tick Yes but if you would prefer your child not be included in any videos or photos please tick No.
